The best one is DisplayMate www.displaymate.com. There are six different
versions at all levels. It isn't cheap but
DisplayMate is the software all the computer magazine's use to test ,
benchmark and compare displays.

I have the task of thoroughly testing over 200 monitors purchased for resale
