Check that you connected your floppy and hdd properly (as you probably did
many times by now).
I had a similar problem and I had connected the floppy incorrectly.
Are you sure your powersupply has the correct voltage supplies?
Is your mobo being grounded anywhere (touching anything like case metal)?
