  Get a copy of Norton and run the emergency floppy rescue disk which will
have the undelete module. Don't install anything, including Norton or you
risk overwriting the deleted file.

  Next time be sure and run the Microsoft backup utility for Outlook:

 Run it religiously! And keep a copy of the .PST file on other computers.
