Hi All,

I thought I'd share some ideas that I've gotten, some of them from this
list, for GF Holiday type treats. If you have any other suggestions e mail
me and I will summarize.

1. GF pretzels dipped in chocolate/paraffin mix(24 oz choc. chips plus 2/3
cake of paraffin melted over a double boiler), then sprinkled with crushed
up red and green m&ms. Let dry on wax paper.

2. Rice crispee treats made with either GF rice crispees of Rice crunchems.
You can put a little green food coloring in with the margarine and then
shape into wreaths. Decorate with mini red m&m for berries.

3.Fudge is made without flour

4.Use your favorite chocolate chip recipe and substitute red and green m&ms
for the chocolate chips.

5. Buckeyes are made without flour. In case you don't know, buckeyes are

made by mixing peanut butter, confectionary sugar and butter. Forming into
balls then dipping in chocolate to make it look like a buckeye.

Please send me your suggestions and I'll summarize again soon,
Beth
