Some time in 1997 I called the makers of Dennison's Chili to ask about
it's GF status. I was told that it was in fact GF, but the answer came to
fast, too easy, and I did not trust it. So, I have not used it; however it
was my favorite caned chili at that time.
I would be interested in hearing how it has been received buy some of
the more sensitive Celiacs. My primary response is DH which usually takes
a couple of days before I detect anything, and by that time I am not too
sure just what has caused my problem.
