This is a recipe for about 120 cookies. It pretty much fills up the
bowl of a Kitchen Aid mixer. For smaller appetites, the recipe can be
cut in half. The four flour bean mix is Bette Hagman's mix. Make sure
to use the four flour bean mix and NOT the four flour bread mix.

12 tablespoons butter
12 tablespoons margerine
1 and 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Cream the butter in a tabletop mixer. Then, add the other ingredients
and cream well, until everything is light and fluffy.

1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs

Add the vanilla and eggs and mix well.

4 cups four flour bean mix
4 teaspoons xanthan gum
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Wisk these dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, then add to the
bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well.

2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup pecan chips

Add chocolate chips and pecan chips and mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated
375 degree oven for 9 1/2 - 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
