Subject: scanner problems

Hi
  I have a problem with my scanner. I was scanning
something the other night and the lamp on the scanner
got stuck and stopped in the middle. I have tried
everything I can to fix it but nothing seems to work.
I know there is probably nothing I can do to fix it,
but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. It is a
visioneer paper port.
