Hi,

I am thinking about to use system policy editor in a
network enviroment. I don't want to use the system
policy editor of Windows 2000 Server Edition, because
an IBM ICT advised me to apply the system policy
editor locally.
This is my network enviroment:
2 servers, both with Windows 2000 Server Edition.
10 workstation with Windows 2000 Pro Edition.
30 workstation with Windows 98 Se/Me.

Okay, I want to apply system policy editor on seven
workstation with Windows 98 Se.
I have installed the system policy editor on one
workstation to try it out, but I have cancelled the
whole procedure.

My first question:
Is there a freeware software which is able to do the
same work of system policy editor, but on an easy way,
with a understandable interface?
If there is not a freeware software, could someone
explain me how to apply system policy on a local
workstation without having any result on the servers?
