dell optiplex win\95\98  when started it runs and says disk drive 1 failure.
   Hard disk controller failure -- I switched the hard drive with 3 other hard drives  all say same failure  tried boot disk from oak technologies would not read  was going to try and download floppy from bootdisk.com not sure which to download  I dont have the CD that came with machine can get to bios but havent a clue what to do ? should I use it for an anchor or _____? any help Well appreciated thanks and have a good day. richard
