From your description, it sounds as though you might have both a SIMM and a
DIMM -- a 32MB SIMM memory stick and a 128MB DIMM memory stick. If that is
true, you need to take one out. VERY FEW motherboards operate properly with
both their SIMM and DIMM slots being used.
