I've been running an Athlon 750 with 128 M Ram for a couple of
months now. When I boot the machine into Windows 98SE it takes quite a
while to do. Also, when I start up an application, sometimes the splash
screen will freeze for sometimes up to a minute and then continue
loading. I don't know if this may be a hardware problem, but if anyone
has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
