Hey, I just realized my message title has a sexual connotation!  Oh, well, a
giggle is good for the soul.

So I got a food dehydrator from my moving neighbor, who didn't keep its
directions.  He and his roommate buddy did make beef jerky, though, and say
it works great.  Still, if anyone has any advice on how to do this, send it
to me privately.  Anything I need to know before I start?  Any fun marinade
ideas?
