Perhaps some exercise will help you tremendously. Something simple and vrey
low impact like walking, swimming, or yoga. The latter two should be pretty
easy to find classes. Very important esp. for winter to get exercise. All
three are very good for digestive system, and go well together (ie, yoga
helps counter tight hips from walking).
Also what about your water consumption? I get very hungry when I need water.
Maybe this is what makes you want to eat so much sometimes. Fill up a huge
jug with water and put it right in front of you where you spend most of your
time, so you will remember to drink it.
