Guys:
All this chastising of Hamjatta is very misguided and unnecessary.  IMHO, he is one of the brightest young minds we got and we should support him to be the best he can be.  His talents are deinitely unquestionable when it comes to writing and thought behind his work.  I certainly wish him the very best.

I look forward to your response.  Hopefully, we can have a few more rounds and then perhaps move on to more fruitful exchanges.  On a related note, voter apathy is perhaps one of the more frequently used terms to explain low election turnouts.  Just do a search on voting in Africa and you'll probably find the term in 90% of the related articles.  Perhaps this should give you a hint on how much of a factor it is in explaining absentee voters.
