Hi,

 I already e-mailed a bunch of dental associations in Canada, UK, and
the US - and student associations. Given it was today, Sunday, I don't
expect to hear from anyone til tomorrow or the next day. I'm sure I will
get some responses, and I'll let you know.

  I'm going to use a Rockwell image as background on that article of
yours - pic of a little girl showing her missing teeth to a friend :)
you may have seen that on a calendar or something. Cute :) I just have
to ponder for a bit as to which diskette I saved that image to :) The
joys of premature dementia!
