Subject: form 605 address change


Hi all, I am just wondering how I go about getting the Form 605 so I can
document my cange of address to the FCC?  I was thinking of downloading it
in pdf and just filling out the form on the computer, and E-mailing it in
maybe. Is this the best way to go or is there another way of handling
this? Any information would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
