If you wanted to jumpstart a shift to a Paleodiet, could you fast for a
couple of days (with some fruit) and then start following the Paleo regime?
How would the body react to that? Would the results be more dramatic or the
same if you just switched eating lifestyles without fasting?
Just a thought that popped into my head...
