I had to "learn" to drink more water. Several years ago I made a conscious
effort to drink at least 1/2 gallon a day. After many months or more...I
developed a feeling of needing to drink more water. Now I consume around a
gallon a day naturally.
Maybe this water drinking reflex that has "gone away" in people can be gotten
back.
I have benefited from drinking more water on a regular basis.
More energy, better looking skin, regularity in digestive system, etc.
