Been there, done that.

Now, if it is the binder/sand ratio and the sand
particle size distribution that is most critical,
where is the guidance on these issues?  Or do we rely
on people like Mike Edison to get it right with their
proprietary products (as I'm sure they would, at least
provided that they are given enough information about
the particular project).

I share Mike's interest in the hydraulic limes - this
is one of the lines of inquiry that some colleagues
and I have been very interested in pursuing.
