I am in the process of planning a baby shower for my little sister.  I
am the celiac, but I have this thing about baking/buying food that I
can't eat.  I have several GF cake mixes that I have used in the past
and thoroughly enjoyed.  Unfortunately, my sister, the guest of honor
doesn't like ANYTHING gf.  (If it isn't made from wheat it isn't
good????)

Anyway - I was hoping to get opinions on the best gf cake mixes or
recipes out there, so that I can finally make one she enjoys.  Either
that or I don't do cake at the baby shower - any ideas you all have
would be helpful.  I will summarize and let you know what the favorites
out there are.
