Will someone please tell me if Miso is OK for Celiacs?  There doesn't
seem to be any gluten listed but I'd like a confirmation.   Also, I am
extremely allergic to certain spices and can't seem to determine exactly
which ones they are as they are not listed seperately.  Is anyone having
this problem and did you find a solution?  Thanks loads.
