Hi Charles;

    Our local public school purchased an 1100 last year and other than two
paper jams (multiple sheet feeding) it has operated perfectly. I am there on a
daily basis and would have heard of any other difficulties.

    The printer gets moderately heavy use, as it is the only printer on a 17
system student-use network. It also pumps out the report cards and much of the
teacher's work.
