I didn't have problem with ATA100 and win2k. normaly, you should get UDMA
update from your mobo CD, which will turn ATA100 on. If you have Intel
chipset mobo, download Intel chipset install software and ATA storage
utility from Intel, if you have VIA chipset mobo, download similar file from
VIA.
