I never successfully overclocked SCSI controller, if I'm right, by rising
FSB, you also rised PCI bus from 33mhz to 37mhz. However since you are one
of the most experienced person here, if you know any SCSI controller that
can be overclocked, I'd love to know (please let me know the max speed too),
it will be a great aid to my friend (who wants to overclock with SCSI). you
can email to my personal adress if you feel overclock is off topic.

Maybe you can use win2k default support for wheel mouse, if all failed. I
haven't got any bad experience with win2k default mouse support.
