Every six months I've been getting a quarter of beef from a local farmer;
last fall I asked him to keep some innards for me, so I got the liver and heart,another piece, and two round objects.
It may have been a bull, never asked.
The farmer doesn't know much anatomy - neither do I.
Half an hour ago I ate something that looked like another piece of liver, but was tougher and tasted sort of like
a cross between liver and heart.
Any guesses as to what I ate?
