I think the nutritionist may be confused. (Regarding the statement about the
gall bladder not producing enough bile).
I am wondering just how much she really knows about nutrition, given her
"too much fat is bad" perspective. But that doesn't erase the fact that
Zoe's not digesting fat. :-(
Does this mean that Zoe is also not absorbing fat-soluble vitamins? This
could explain her "nervousness" and brittle hair (she was anemic, is taking
a Fe supplement).
It just feels like no practitioner will look at the whole picture, just what
lies in their field of expertise. It is frustrating and sometimes confusing
to go back and forth between practitioners with peices of the puzzle,
looking for answers.
