Yes, Anchell has a maintenance program. It allows eggs and
unprocessed cheese, and *two* non-meat foods at one meal per day
(but from the list). So as you can see, it's still quite
restrictive. Will there be weight gain if you return to general
paleo, with a variety of non-meat foods? Who knows? Anchell
says yes, but the only way to find out is to try it. At least
some of us on this list have already experienced weight gain on a
general paleo diet, but probably not restricting non-meat foods
as tightly as Anchell does. I certainly plan to experiment when
my weight loss stops (I'm at about 20 lbs. now).
