Hi list,

  A weird problem on friend's. His PC didn't post one day. We narrowed
it down to CPU or MB. MB is GA-5AA, and the CPU is K6III-500. The
weird thing is, we've a spare Pentium-133 and it works on the MB. A
replacement CPU (same as the original) has just arrived and doesn't
work there too. We have no way to test the AMD CPU's.

  What is the problem and shall we dump the MB?
