Good morning Ray,

The two extra plugs coming from the ATX power supply are for
a Pentium 4 system.  If you plan to setup a Pentium 4 system,
there will be places on the board for the two plugs.
If you are planning on setting up an Athelon system, the two extra plugs
are not needed.
