I am running Windows 98se an Athlon 750 with 128megs of RAM, 20G fujitsu
hard drive on a DFI motherboard. Sometimes (too often) when I start an
application, the program will start up and then freeze for often up to a
minute before it finishes loading and is operational. I can start other
apps during this time, but the application that is froze is untouchable
until I let it sit for a while. Help. Please.
