Look on the CDR face plate...you should see a pin hole. This is the
emergency door opener.
Insert something like a straightened paper clip  to release the cache.
Sometimes these work easily, sometimes you have to play with them,
and  rarely they
don't work and you have to take the faceplate off and remove the cover to
get at the CD.
