good question... it might have something to do with the coconut oil
being pressed somewhere in the caribbean rather than bellingham altho i
did see it bottled in b’ham. i tried some and was surprised that it has
no coco flavor or fragrance yet it's claimed to be made from 100%-organic
unrefined coconut oil.
. it's supposed to be a good product for frying if you like to do that
to your food. there's an article on coconut oil at
http://omeganutrition.com/products/coconutbutter.htm

i was impressed with the quality control at the plant. the presses have
digital thermometers on them. the seed and nuts are from farms that the
company has an ongoing relationship with and are visited annually by a
omega representative. they use one trucker who hauls exclusively for
them from farm to plant, so no other product will contaminate the truck.

if you'd like to ask them any questions, here's their website url
http://omeganutrition.com/

btw, i don't get anything out of this plug and i don't put oil on my
food.

would someone on the list please post information on how to unsubscribe
from this list or change my address.

thanks... :))~
