Have you checked into the possibility of a heat problem inside your case?
If your bios supports a temp control sensing function activate it and check
your cpu core temp. Also you might want to install a 2nd fan to circulate
the air more evenly inside your case which will also help cool down your
computer as well.
What you are describing sounds like overheating to me.
The other thing that comes to mind might be a dying power supply?
