They ought to be ok for humans also. There is only one problem: they are
grain fed (I guess), so I guess they are high in w6 but low in w3 fat.
In a (Swedish) TV program at least fifteen years ago , about what our
stone age ancestors had for dinner, one researcher told about extensive
insect eating. To demonstrate he had brought meal worms and ate some of
them, then offered the other people to try. They just looked at the worms
and passed the plate on to the next person :-)
It is a sad thing that we are not used to eat grubs, and know which are best
and how to "raise" or find them.
