O.J.
Did you repent to be late is better than never. I found you posting very hypocritical and it
amazed me that you mentioned The Dumo Saho Case. All your political life in the Gambia
have you used humiliating Dumo engineering and monitoring for his arrest. Threatening the
London Corner Boys who associate themselves with Dumo. Yayah Jammeh have not yet
broken your record on the numerous arrest of Dumo by your PPP baboons from the
SB(Special Branch), NIS (National Security Services and the CID (Criminal Investigation
Department. Every illegal arrest is violation of human rights whether it is once or million times.
You always see Dumo as a thorn in the eyes of the PPP and especially your eye. You wrote:
" I WAS DETAINED ON ELEVEN OCCASIONS, AND ON THE LAST TIME FOR 14
MONTHS. THROUGH THIS PERIOD NO MEMBER OF MY FAMILY OR MY LAWYER
WERE ALLOWED TO VISIT ME ........AND MANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS
SUFFERED IN THE SAME WAY"
O.J. still yet you have not encountered what Dumo have gone through with the PPP regime. !4
months is just peanuts to the periods Dumo have been detained and tortured. You instigated
60 % of his arrest and the PPP machinery for the other 40 %. Talking about your friends and
family suffering. Did you ever imagine or knew what our mum was going through, or knowing
how many or family member were rejected jobs. Gibou Janneh was the lawyer of Dumo
during all these period and was denied access to his client. All is because of you and then
evil and ill-mannered PPP that forced Dumo to live the country for Sweden. Leaving family,
friends and beloved mother land because of endless tortures and arrest. This nearly killed
my mum and the agony of thinking whether she will ever see Dumo again. Every night you,
family and friend were having sound night sleeps but not our family especially my mum.
You wrote again: " The decision for me to take my case to court is because I believed in the
rule of law and hoped that the judiciary will not only be free and fair but independent" Come
on O.J. be honest to yourself was the judiciary independent and fair under your PPP regime.
O.J. both you, me knew and many others knew how you hated Dumo. Dumo have never
done you no evil your only differences was that you have different political views.
O.J. if you really want changes with the rule of law and a fair and independent judiciary what
you have to do first is to apologise for the irregularities of the PP which you were also a
driving force of. If it ever happens that you come back to politics please do us a favour and
deal with rule of law, democracy and politic but not POLITRIKS.
O.J. you are right the struggle continues because during the reign of the PPP it took a pause
to serve your purposes.
No hard feelings.
Saho
