Interesting account. I wonder if the full text is available somewhere else,
like CSPI?

What strikes me most about this account is the banality of the sentiments
expressed. We are *so* democratic! Who the @#$% do the NGOs think they are?
And, Hold the damn meetings outside the US from now on! These opinions were
easy to find in the Seattle papers during and after WTO. For this they
needed to meet in secret?

I would be curious to know just how they plan to pressure the few funding
organizations that they claim make up the NGO's funding sources. What
funding sources did they mention? Also, they seem to have fallen victim to
their own propaganda: my conservative estimate is that 80-90% of the
protesters at Seattle were labor or labor-affiliated. How, pray tell, are
they going to stop labor from funding itself?
