while that is painful, what scaes me is when i am going along and i get a
quick severe one that pops my neck and hurts like hell, it takes quite some
time to get sorta relieved from these. i have herniated disk in my neck.
probably caused by these and probably made worse by then. i get a little
worried that these are going to just pull my neck out one day.

Probably is Ken. Spastic back spasms are no fun . Thank God for hydrocodone
and valium although that combination is not to be indulged in long.
