I'm just the opposite, and this has come on in the past few months.  But my
Mom made her will out so that my nephew will get this house when I die.  I
know he loves me and stuff, but he's also just a little bit too interested in
the goings on with the mortgage and so forth.  I don't think he means any
harm, but sometimes he reminds me of a vulture flying over the house.

Something about my Mom's side of the family that makes me want to have my
wish to live tattooed on my chest, so there can't be any confusion.
Otherwise Bobby, I think I would have a living will like yours.
