Some of our inspectors are indeed less than topnotch. On the other hand, some
of the owners are less than topnotch, too. I wrote a letter to one client
months ago and told them they MUST install a sidewalk bridge to protect a
courtyard where little children enter and exit their buildings, and guess
what hasn't happened?
I suppose one advantage you have in Australia is that things fall up instead
of down.
