Subject: Obscure tool time

Does anyone know where I can mail order a very obscure tool?

An electric glazing compound softener/remover

It has a flat insulated pad that you set against the glass pane, and 2
electric coils forming a right angle that snug up close to the glazing
compound and soften it for easy removal. The insulated pad prevents the pane
from breaking, or so it's intended.

Thanks for any help.
