   I am not sure how you come to the interpretation that I hold the
Republicans up as "good guys", but it is obvious that your difficulty is with
the word "count".  Your response is evidence of the effectiveness of the Gore
spin.  All the ballots were counted twice by machine.  Those that were
properly executed were recorded as votes.  There is a difference between
counting and "divining a voter's intent".

p.s. Your first sentence implies that there is a distinction between those
who make up this list and those who are sane.  I could be convinced of
this!:-)
