Thank you for the replies.It seems that Blackgram flour is
either,Garbanzo flour which I think is the same as Chick Pea Flour,or
Black Lentil Flour or dried Urid Bean Flour and is also known as
besan.The one thing everyone is in accord with is, that so long as there
is no contamination in the milling process,they are Gluten Free! (and
tasted delicious) Thanks again,Tracy
