Any thoughts on what is "enough" fiber? I'm a petite (5'2") female trying
to lose excess fat/weight. I do not eat grains of any kind and find fruit
makes me hungry and sleepy. Although I love nuts,they seem to be too high
in calories for me and cause weight loss stalls. Therefore, I rely solely
on greens for fiber. However, it seems to be next to impossible to eat
enough brocolli,etc to get much fiber ie 25 grams. I'm also curious as to
why Art considers Brad's high fat diet not ideal for him (too much dietary
fat, not enough fiber) even though it helps him control his weight? Any
thoughts or recommendations would be most appreciated because I seem to eat
a diet very similar to Brads.
