Laura's headed back March 10. I'm staying home with the shorties. She
might be interested as she (pretty sure on this one) owned a quarter horse
that was foaled at the King Ranch. Speaking of history--did you catch the
show on the "Edmund Fitzgerald" last night? It might have been Discovery
Channel. Had some more sinus work done yesterday, so I had a pretty good
narcotic load going last night. Wonder if Carla has any good homeopathic
remedies for having your face cut out, the inside scraped and then the face
slapped back on? Just kidding, Carla. You do a great service to us all by
providing alternatives!

Hey, I did figure out a way to get a fairly constant supply of "moist heat"
from a wet washcloth (if you need that sort of thing, now and again):
instead of constantly getting hot water from the tap and then trying to
wring out the cloth, throw it in the microwave and nuke it for 30 secs or
so. Works great!

A very astute observation. Actually I like watching "Haunted History" about
supposed ghosts around historic sites. Kyle, if you and Laura make it back
to
San Antonio, theMenger Hotel is supposed to have a ghost with a broad
Stetson
and full length duster and is supposedly the first owner of the King Ranch
who
died there in the hotel.
Funny, being next door to the Alamo, you would think there would be a lot
more
ghosts than some old wrangler!!
