if this time with chi chi is benifitual, then you might want to consider
getting a young bird and start over with it. but, my guess is that you'll
need time to grieve for Astro before another bird would be in order.

Thank you Laura. I'm going to see some friends later today. They have a
cockatiel, Chi-Chi, who likes me so I'll get to have some bird time with
him.
I don't know if this is a good idea or not but I miss Astro so much that it
might help to be around another one right now.
