General information: the King Arthur Flour Company makes a line of
gluten-free mixes for cakes, cookies, brownies etc which are supposed to be good. I
don't know about the egg situation with them, but they're great at answering any
or all questions about baking if you call or email them. It might be a good
chance to ask them about offering some lactose-free recipes or mixes too.
