Thanks Don but that is what we are using right now.  I find it to be a
little soft for baking.  If it is in the stick form then it isn't so mushy.
Does that make sense?   Most of my favorite recipes call for butter, and I
would like to be able to keep using these recipes if I could.    I will
check out your page now .
