(1) Can someone please tell me what year it was that hollow concrete block
was first made and used in construction?

(2) Are there any web sites on adaptive re-use of which you are aware?
Specifically, have you any information on the alleged adaptive re-use of the
Doylestown Penitentiary and the James Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA?
