It's currently 9pm on 12/1 in Sydney.  If I whiz down to the airport in the
morning, I could make the midday flight which gets into LA about 11am on
12/2 (West Coast time), which means that the connection to NY will get there
some time in the evening (East Coast time) ... which probably means that
I'll get there just as you're all going home.

Guess that will teach me to read my email earlier!
