I've never heard of greens being anything but alkalizing.
And of the nut categories, almonds are generally considered the least
acidic.
How long was the duration of your totally alkaline diet?
And how long until the B12 recovered?
Thanks

what is the correct range of ph in the intestine in which bifidus bacteria
thrive and survive ?
=> i have no idea!
That's

added

what is that balance ? what proportion between acid and alkaline ?
=> i can only talk about my own experience. a small amount of acid is
necessary (about 10/20% of the everyday food)
had you
your b12 status tested before after ?
=> i had & it was good, then as i went fruitarian, it fell... as i went back
on a raw vegan diet it rose back!
what brings acid to your diet ?
=> almonds, greens, olives... then all the toxic stuff like coffee,
nicotine, alcohol, cooked food, ect...
